One Born Every Minute returns for a brand new series, with cameras now recording life on two busy labour wards in Leeds: Leeds General Infirmary and St James’s Hospital. Over the past year the LGI’s maternity ward has often had to close to new admissions, with expectant mums sent to St James’s across the city. Stacey is expecting her second child but it’s her first with her husband Lee.

Following the success of last year’s New Year Specstacular, Alan Carr is back running riot around Channel 4 HQ welcoming in 2013 with unpredictable madness, party games and special guests including Jonathan Ross, Jack Whitehall, Jimmy Carr, Gok Wan, Melanie Sykes, Christine Bleakley and Rylan Clark. Bruno Mars performs live and Alan appears in some hilarious sketches.

Last ever episode. New Year at Leopard’s Den does not bring good news for Du Plessis when he visits his doctor, but does make him determined to heal the wounds within the family. Rosie is planning her marriage to fiance Dylan but no one likes him. More bad news comes when poachers steal three legged cheetah Cassidy and his mate from Leopard’s Den. When Du Plessis finds out where the poachers are hiding out, he persuades Danny, Rosie and Dylan to fly to Zimbabwe with him to rescue the animals. But the rescue attempt goes awry as Dylan, determined to make amends, tries to play the hero.

Gabby Logan, Denise Lewis and Iwan Thomas present the spectacle of 16 of London 2012′s British Olympic heroes (eight men, eight women) competing against their Team GB teammates in a competition to be crowned the two best all-round Superstars. The athletes’ versatility and determination will be pushed to the max as they participate in eight different disciplines – the 100m and 800m on the track, the javelin, a 50m swim, archery, kayaking, a cycling hill climb and a grand finale featuring the classic Superstars event – the gym tests. The competitors are: Alistair Brownlee, Jonathan Brownlee, Mo Farah, Robbie Grabarz, Michael Jamieson, Anthony Joshua, Andrew Triggs Hodge, Peter Wilson, Nicola Adams, Lizzie Armitstead, Laura Bechtolsheimer, Gemma Gibbons, Helen Glover, Katherine Grainger, Jade Jones and Christine Ohuruogu.
