Rylan Clark’s performance from last night’s X Factor has been banned from being repeated.
The Essex lad performed a mash-up of Groove Is In The Heart, Gangnam Style and Pump Up The Jam, but now ITV lawyers have had to act quick due to a breach of copyright.
The performance was cut from ITV1+1, Xtra Factor recaps on ITV2 and repeat showings. The video of the performance has also been taken down from the show’s official YouTube channel and website.
A spokesperson said: “A small part of Rylan’s performance was edited from ITV1+1 due to legal issues.”
We understand that the part where Rylan sings RylanStyle instead of Gangnam Style has caused the legal problems.
Another part of the show has also had to be cut from repeats, when Tulisa called Melanie Masson a MILF. Dermot had to also apologise for the comments near the end of last night’s show.

Only decent ones in my eyes are Ella and Jade. The rest are all middle of the road/awful.
